CHAPTER 150 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 29.1-553.1, relating to penalty for wanton waste. [H 1613] Approved February 27, 2019

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-553.1 as follows:

§29.1-553.1. Penalty for wanton waste.

Any person violating a regulation adopted by the Board to prohibit wanton waste shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
