A BILL to repeal the fourth and fifth enactments of Chapter 189 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2017, as amended by Chapters 146 and 278 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2018, and to repeal the fourth and fifth enactments of Chapter 751 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2017, as amended by Chapters 146 and 278 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2018, relating to child care providers; criminal history background check; sunset and contingency.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the fourth and fifth enactments of Chapter 189 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2017, as amended by Chapters 146 and 278 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2018, are repealed.

2. That the fourth and fifth enactments of Chapter 751 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2017, as amended by Chapters 146 and 278 of the Acts of the Assembly of 2018, are repealed.
