Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require the state and its political subdivisions to utilize net neutral Internet services to assure receipt of impartial information. The bill provides legislative findings on necessity for fair government requiring impartial access to Internet resource. The bill provides for prohibited acts by persons providing internet services to the state. The bill also provides exceptions.
