Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require the licensure of pharmacy benefit managers with the Insurance Commissioner in order to do business in the State of West Virginia, and to set forth the minimum reimbursement rate for prescription drug or pharmacy service claims. The bill also requires reporting of data relating to the payment of pharmacy claims by the Public Employees Insurance Agency.
