Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide a limitation on certain persons possessing firearms upon property owned or leased by a chemical manufacturing facility or oil and gas refinery operating under an air quality permit issued by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality on which the primary business conducted is the manufacture, use, storage, or transportation of hazardous, combustible, or explosive materials.
