A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §47-10-6b, relating to authorizing minors with a graduated driver’s license to pump gasoline.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 10. LIQUID FUELS AND LUBRICATING OILS.


§47-10-6b. Authorizing minor to pump gasoline.

Notwithstanding any provision of this code or rule to the contrary, a minor under the age of 18 years may pump gasoline, if the minor has a graduated driver’s license issued under §17B-2-3a of this code.


 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize minors with a graduated driver’s license to pump gasoline.
