Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-5-105 So As To Create The School Mapping Data Program Within The State Department Of Education For The Purpose Of Facilitating Efficient Emergency Responses In Public Schools By Public Safety Agencies, To Define Necessary Terms, To Provide Requirements For The Program And Its Implementation By The Department, And To Provide Related Requirements Of School Districts.
