An Act Making An Appropriation To The Secretary Of The State For The Purpose Of Making Distributions To Local Governments For Back Taxes Owed For The 2017 Fiscal Year; And Making A Reappropriation To The Secretary Of State For The Purpose Of Reauthorizing The Expenditure Of State General Funds That Are Unexpended As Of June 30, 2017, For The Same Purposes As Authorized For Expenditures From The Land Records Maintenance Fund, For Fiscal Year 2018.
