Summary

The purpose of this bill is to establish that appeals from administrative rulings by the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture concerning the Frozen Desserts and Imitation Frozen Desserts Law are to be filed with the Intermediate Court of Appeals pursuant to §9A-5-4 of the Administrative Procedures Act of the West Virginia Code.
