Page 42, lines 40 and 42, after "agency" insert ", the radiation regulatory hearing board and the medical radiologic technology board of examiners"

Page 43, line 2, after "agency" insert ", the radiation regulatory hearing board and the medical radiologic technology board of examiners"

Line 3, after the period insert "Until the department of health services takes administrative action, any reference in the rules or orders of the radiation regulatory agency, the radiation regulatory hearing board or the medical radiologic technology board of examiners to the agency or boards is considered to refer to the department of health services."

Lines 6, 11 and 16, after "agency" insert ", the radiation regulatory hearing board and the medical radiologic technology board of examiners"

Strike lines 18 through 21, insert:

"Sec. 43.  Effective date

This act is effective from and after December 31, 2017."
