Page 1, line 27, after ""pediatrician"," insert ""plastic surgeon","

Page 2, line 6, after "title" insert "in advertisements, professional communications or in a clinical setting"

Between lines 30 and 31, insert:

"4. prohibit the use of a title by a health professional in a nonclinical setting or in communications that are not directed to patients or prospective patients."

Line 40, after "cards" insert "that are provided to patients or prospective patients"; after "badges" insert "that are used in a clinical setting"

After line 43, insert:

"2. "Clinical setting" means a setting in which the primary purpose is to deliver medical care or health care services to patients."

Renumber to conform

Page 3, between lines 7 and 8, insert:

"4. "Professional communication" means any communication between a licensed health professional and a patient or prospective patient regarding medical care or health care services."
