Page 12, lines 41 and 42, strike "to adults"
Page 14, line 32, after "vaccines" insert ", including written information about the importance of pediatric preventive health care visits as recommended by the american academy of pediatrics"
Strike lines 33 through 40, insert:
"7. Follow protocols and practices adopted by the pharmacy or other institution where the vaccine or emergency medication is administered that are based upon the vaccine administration protocols and immunization practices published in the United States centers for disease control and prevention’s morbidity and mortality weekly report. Protocols and practices shall include the following:"
