An Act

 

amending Laws 2018, first special session, chapter 1, section 7; relating to drug offenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Laws 2018, first special session, chapter 1, section 7 is amended to read:

Sec. 7. Repeal

Section 13-3423, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act Laws 2018, first special session, chapter 1, section 6, is repealed from and after June 30, 2023 June 30, 2028.

Sec. 2. Emergency

This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law.
