AN ACT
appropriating monies to the DEPARTMENT of public safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; fiscal years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021; department of public safety; remote housing; exemption
A. The following sums are appropriated from the following funds in the following amounts in fiscal years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to the department of public safety for remote housing:
1. $100,000 from the state general fund.
2. $1,900,000 from the capital outlay stabilization fund established by section 41-792.01, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
