AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the Arizona department of forestry and fire management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; Arizona department of forestry and fire management; equipment and training; exemption

A.  The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona department of forestry and fire management to distribute to the Vernon fire district for equipment and training.

B.  The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona department of forestry and fire management to distribute to the Springerville fire district for equipment and training.

C.  The appropriations made in subsections A and B of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
