An Act
amending title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-410.01; relating to conduct of elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-410.01, to read:
16-410.01. Voting in precincts; voting centers prohibited
NOTWITHSTANDING any other law, in all elections administered by a county, all voting shall be conducted at precinct-based polling places. A county may not use any voting location that provides for countywide access to ballots for registered voters from any location in the county.
Sec. 2. Conforming legislation
The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty-sixth legislature, second regular session.
