An Act

 

appropriating monies to the governor's office on tribal relations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; governor's office on tribal relations; San Carlos Apache college

The following amounts are appropriated in the following fiscal years from the state general fund to the governor's office on tribal relations established by section 41-2051, Arizona Revised Statutes, to distribute to San Carlos Apache college for maintenance and operation costs:

1. $3,400,000 in fiscal year 2024-2025.

2. $3,300,000 in fiscal year 2025-2026.

3. $3,300,000 in fiscal year 2026-2027.
