AN ACT

 

amending Title 17, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 17-337.02; relating to hunting licenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 17, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 17-337.02, to read:

START_STATUTE17-337.02.  Licenses for nonresident full-time students; definition

A.  A nonresident full-time student may purchase a resident license for the taking of wildlife.

B.  For the purposes of this section, "full-time student" means a student who is registered for at least twelve credit hours per semester at any public or private postsecondary educational institution in this state. END_STATUTE
