AN ACT
amending section 28‑963, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to motor vehicle equipment.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 28-963, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
28-963. Television prohibition
A person shall not drive a motor vehicle that is equipped with a television viewer or screen or any other means of visually receiving a television broadcast that is either:
1. Located in the motor vehicle at any point forward of the back of the driver's seat.
2. Visible, directly or indirectly, to the driver while operating the motor vehicle.
