Making an appropriation to the department of education to increase the base level for schools.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; base level increase

The sum of $81,700,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2013-2014 to the department of education for the purpose of increasing the base level pursuant to section 15‑901, Arizona Revised Statutes.
