   An act relating to civil actions.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 1485, as introduced, Anderson. Civil actions: enforcement of
judgments.
   Existing law allows for the enforcement of money judgments,
judgments for the possession or sale of personal property or real
property, and judgments requiring performance of an act, as provided.

   This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to amend the
provisions relating to the enforcement of judgments.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to amend provisions
of the Code of Civil Procedure relating to enforcement of judgments.
