AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF GRANTS AWARDED UNDER THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program to spend seventy-five per cent of any grant awarded on businesses based in Connecticut.
