AN ACT CONCERNING VOLUNTEER FIRE POLICE PATROLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-323r of the general statutes be amended to authorize the State Fire Administrator to expand a supplemental grant award remittance program to include volunteer fire police patrols that provide emergency response services on limited access highways.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit volunteer fire police patrols that provide emergency response services on a limited access highway to be eligible for a supplemental grant award remittance program.
