AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDING FOR THE STATE-WIDE FIREARMS TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of five million dollars be appropriated to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, from General Fund surplus, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, for the state-wide firearms trafficking task force.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide additional funding to the state-wide firearms trafficking task force.
