AN ACT REQUIRING PHARMACIES TO MAINTAIN DROP BOXES FOR THE COLLECTION OF UNUSED MEDICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require pharmacies to maintain drop boxes to collect unused medications.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the improper use of medications by providing safe and secure locations to drop off unused medications.
