AN ACT CONCERNING ADVERTISING ON LOTTERY TICKETS .

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (b) of section 12-812 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the president of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation shall enter into agreements for the sale of advertising on lottery tickets, play slips and other lottery media.

Statement of Purpose:

To require the Connecticut Lottery Corporation to enter into agreements to place advertising on lottery tickets.
