AN ACT INCREASING STATE FUNDING FOR LOCAL CHARTER SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subdivision (1) of subsection (c) of section 10-66ee of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes be amended to increase the per student grant paid to local charter schools.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the local charter school per student grant in an amount that is closer to the state charter school per student grant amount.
