AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF SENIOR HOUSING AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide that senior housing will be counted as affordable housing for the purposes of establishing a municipality's eligibility for an exception from the provisions of said section.
