AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-129b of the general statutes be amended to provide a maximum amount of property tax a low-income senior citizen may be required to pay.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a maximum property tax payment for certain senior citizens eligible for the state circuit breaker program.
