AN ACT CONCERNING HOME CARE PROVIDER REIMBURSEMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 17b-242 and 17b-343 of the general statutes be amended to increase home care provider rates in proportion to increases in the minimum wage.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure adequate payment for the services of home care providers.
