AN ACT CONCERNING RECORDING FEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide that any funding directed to the State Library from fees collected by town clerks for recording a document shall be allocated from the state's share of such fees.

Statement of Purpose:

To avoid a reduction in funding to town clerks.
