AN ACT CONCERNING PRESENTATION OF IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP AT THE POLLING PLACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-261 of the general statutes be amended to require voters to present photo identification and proof of citizenship when they arrive at polling places to vote.
