AN ACT REPEALING THE PAINT STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to repeal sections 22a-904 and 22a-904a.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal the paint stewardship program.
