AN ACT PHASING OUT THE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ON BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to phase out the personal property tax on businesses for personal property purchased after the effective date of this act.
