AN ACT PROHIBITING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FROM DEBATING OR VOTING ON LEGISLATION AFTER MIDNIGHT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the House of Representatives and Senate from debating or voting on any bill or resolution past midnight.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the General Assembly from acting on legislation after midnight.
