AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF CURRICULUM MATERIALS REGARDING CAPITALISM AND FREE ENTERPRISE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-16b of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to make available to local and regional boards of education curriculum materials regarding the instruction of capitalism and free enterprise.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow for the teaching of capitalism in the public schools.
