AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO IMPLEMENT THE DEPARTMENT'S PROPOSALS CONCERNING ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to implement the department's proposals concerning all-terrain vehicles, as outlined in the department's publication dated November, 2002, and entitled "All-Terrain Vehicle Policy and Procedures".
