AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR BROWNFIELD REMEDIATION AND DEVELOPMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2014) The sum of ten million dollars is appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, for deposit in the brownfield remediation and development account established pursuant to section 32-762 of the general statutes.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	July 1, 2014	New section

Statement of Legislative Commissioners:

The words "deposit in" were added for the purpose of clarity and consistency with section 32-762 of the general statutes.
