AN ACT CONCERNING A SOCIAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN CONCERNING THE ADVERSE EFFECTS OF MOLD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to develop and execute a social marketing campaign to educate individuals and entities in the state regarding the adverse health effects of mold in residences, commercial buildings and workplaces.
