AN ACT ENCOURAGING ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH A PUBLIC-PRIVATE START-UP BUSINESS AWARDS COMPETITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to establish an annual competition for start-ups in the state through which the state and private partners would award a start-up grant to the best entrepreneurial proposal.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage entrepreneurship in the state and reward promising entrepreneurs.
