AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY STATE LAWS RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF CHILD SUPPORT AND THE PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That a task force be established to study the adequacy of the state's civil and criminal laws relating to the collection of child support and the penalties associated with the failure to pay child support.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a task force to study the adequacy of the state's civil and criminal laws relating to the collection of child support and the penalties associated with the failure to pay child support.
