RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO ALLOW EARLY VOTING.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That Article sixth of the Constitution of the state of Connecticut be amended to allow early voting.

Statement of Purpose:

To make voting easier by providing expanded opportunity to cast a ballot prior to election day, thereby increasing participation in the electoral process and reducing waiting times at polling places.
