RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF JOANNE KENNEY, ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF MATTHEW KENNEY.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 21739 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Joanne Kenney, administrator of the estate of Matthew Kenney, is confirmed.
