AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE REGIONALIZATION OF DOG POUNDS AND ANIMAL SHELTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities, regardless of size, to regionalize dog pounds and animal shelters.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to regionalize dog pounds and animal shelters.
