AN ACT CONCERNING FILING FEES FOR ANNUAL REPORTS THAT ARE ELECTRONICALLY FILED BY LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AND LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 34-38n and 34-112 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the twenty-dollar annual filing fee for limited partnerships and limited liability companies that electronically file their annual reports with the office of the Secretary of the State.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the twenty-dollar filing fee for limited partnerships and limited liability companies that electronically file their annual reports with the office of the Secretary of the State.
