AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE TO REMOVE WASTE FROM THE RAYMARK SUPERFUND SITE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state to provide for the removal of waste from the Raymark Superfund site in Stratford.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the contaminated waste from the Raymark Superfund site in Stratford.
