AN ACT STUDYING THE USE OF ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES ON STATE-OWNED LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to study the use of all terrain vehicles on state-owned lands and trails.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the possibility of opening state-owned lands for all terrain vehicles.
