AN ACT CONCERNING THE AGE A CHILD STARTS KINDERGARTEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-15c of the general statutes be amended to require a child to be five years of age by September first of the year such child enters school.
Statement of Purpose:
To require students to have reached age five by September first of the year they enter kindergarten.
