AN ACT EXTENDING THE BENEFITS OF AN ENTERPRISE ZONE TO BUSINESSES AND PROPERTY IN PARTS OF THE CITY OF BRISTOL AND THE TOWN OF PLAINVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-41s of the general statutes be amended to add parts of the city of Bristol and the town of Plainville to the list of those cities and towns in which eligible businesses and commercial property are entitled to the same benefits and subject to the same conditions as enterprise zones.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the benefits of an enterprise zone to eligible businesses and commercial property located in certain parts of the city of Bristol and the town of Plainville.
