AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONS FROM ADVERTISING REGARDING HEALTH CARE RELATED TO PREGNANCY AND CONTRACEPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit organizations that are not established medical organization or organizations without licensed medical professionals to advertise regarding health care related to pregnancy and contraception.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that individuals seeking time-sensitive health care related to pregnancy and contraception do not face delays caused by false advertising from organizations that are not established medical organizations or organizations without licensed medical personnel.
